The Polygon Gallery building is a piece of art in itself. The gallery was designed to reflect the sky and is flooded with northern light. For a spot that has already gone viral in Vancouver, Cream Pony is the place. This newest addition to the neighbourhood is a foodie’s dream, serving up picture-perfect donuts and fried chicken. The Big Q

It wouldn’t be The Shipyards District without a visit to Lonsdale Quay Market. If you’ve been to the area before, you know it’s hard to miss the iconic Big Q sign. Situated high above the market, the sign is stunning no matter which way you look at it. The rotating ‘Q’ is visible from all angles and perfect for pictures from the dock, boardwalk or you can climb up the staircase to get a view from the top.

For a 360° view of The Shipyards District, the expansive Burrard Dry Dock Pier spans out into the Burrard Inlet and offers incredible views of the downtown skyline. You won’t need a filter for the epic sunsets that take place here almost nightly throughout the summer. You will find it located in front of Caffe Artigiano in The Shipyards.
