With an abundance of wide open and unique outdoor spaces, The Shipyards District is an idyllic location for hosting signature festivals and public events.

Lower Lonsdale BIA believes that fun and engaging events are critical to creating a distinct neighbourhood and for bringing community, visitors and businesses together. The BIA will continue to build on existing popular events such as the Shipyards Friday Night Market while creating new ones like the Shipyards Festival.
