We’ve come up with a selection of market-sourced ingredients to tempt the tummy and warm the emotions as we join a hands-on cooking class to celebrate this lovely time of year.
- Crab and Shrimp Cakes with ponzu aioli (fresh from our friends at the Salmon Shop)
- Home-made pesto with goats cheese and handmade casarecci (fresh from our friends at Basilico)
- Braised Short Rib on porcini risotto with crispy parsnips and porcini powder
- Flourless Chocolate Torte with dehydrated strawberries and fruit coulis.
