We are an online Bakery that specializes in Brazilian Northeast Culinary, especially in “Bolo de Rolo”. “Bolo de Rolo” is a traditional type of Rolled Cake from Recife – Pernambuco that is originally filled with Guava Paste. However, it can be made with various fillings like Dulche de Leche, Chocolate and Lemon Curd.
