Flamenco Rosario was founded by artistic director Rosario Ancer and musical director Victor Kolstee in 1989. With a solid and loyal following, Rosario’s dancers are known to perform at sold-out venues. Ms. Ancer was awarded the Isadora Award for Excellence in Choreography and with “The Mayor’s Arts Award ” in the Dance category in 2012.
