Enjoy FREE hot chocolate from 49th Parallel outside of their store on West 1st and also at Welcome Parlour’s stand at the corner of West 2nd. There will be live performances from Scrooge horn players at Lonsdale and Esplanade and roaming carollers, and performances from our friends at Vancouver Circus School.
