Quay Experiences: Paris Bistro Classics Cooking Class

This socially distant experience will really warm you up with the classic French dishes everyone loves. Hands on or just sit back and enjoy a four course menu prepared fresh from local ingredients sourced right in The Quay.

The menu:

  • Moules a la Normande with mussels, lardons and white wine
  • Soufflé au Fromage with eggs, comté cheese, mesclun greens and sourdough
  • Boeuf Bourguignon with onion, carrots, wine, potato purée and vegetables of the season
  • Gateaux de Chocolate
