Asian Food Cooking Class

Join us for this amazing chance to try making all of your favourite Asian street food classics. We take a hands-on approach or you can sit back listen watch and taste!

The chef talks about the ingredients the cooking methods the sourcing and of course we eat. A six-course tasting featuring the following menu:

  • Pork and Water Chestnut Gow
  • Gi with garlic, chiles and ginger
  • Stir-Fried Balinese Prawns With spinach
  • Thai Beef and Herb Salad with soy sauce, ginger, herbs and tomatoes
  • Lemongrass Chicken Skewers with lime Vietnamese dipping sauce
  • Coconut ice cream with caramelized pineapple and chilli
