Plant Based Holiday Canapes and Finger Foods Cooking Class

This hands-on cooking class gives you a good foundation for creating different canapes for your holiday entertaining.

We will learn to work with pastry and cases, we will work on cold canapes, fried canape, make quick breads and cold spreads.

This class includes ingredients and instructions to prepare six different canapes—lots of techniques to learn and food to taste and enjoy presenting.

Our menu is all vegetarian we have vegan alternatives on request.
