Join The Quay Experiences: Positively Plant Based Cooking Class!
Learn various techniques to improve your overall cooking ability while embracing a meat free menu. Designed to create delicious meals for everyone with lots of flavour and texture and without the meat.

Students will be involved in all parts of making the evening meal.

The menu:

  • Goats cheese gnocchi, fresh pesto and tomatoes
  • Double crumbed haloumi cheese, crispy fennel slaw, orange syrup
  • Butternut and Chickpea tajine , crispy mash
  • Coconut Ice Cream with oat crumble
