THE MENU

BREAKFAST STATION

  • Quiche Lorraine with bacon and Gruyere cheese
  • Maple Breakfast Sausages and Hickory Smoked Bacon. [GF]
  • Homestyle thyme and oregano roasted hash brown potatoes [GF]
  • Blueberry buttermilk pancakes, Chantilly cream and maple syrup

OMELETTE STATION

  • Chef’s Omelette Station including spinach, tomato, mushrooms, bell peppers, spring onion, ham, shrimp, cheddar, and goat cheese. [GF]
  • Eggs-to-order fried any style from the omelette chef. [GF]

CARVING STATION

  • Prime Rib of Beef, au jus, horseradish, and Dijon mustard. [GF]

COLD STATION

  • Classic Caesar Salad with homemade croutons and freshly shredded parmesan
  • Greek salad with peppers, onion, tomato, cucumber and goat feta [GF]
  • Vine Ripened Tomato and Pesto Marinated Bocconcini Platter, with balsamic reduction and La Panza olive oil. [GF]

SEAFOOD STATION

  • Sushi Tower with California roll, BC roll, dynamite roll, tuna, and salmon sashimi, pickled ginger, and wasabi [GF]
  • West Coast Crab, marinated mussels, bay scallop, lemon dill aioli [GF]
  • Poached Prawn, Maple Glazed Salmon Bites and House Made Smoked Salmon Platter, horseradish cocktail sauce [GF]
