Interior Infinite showcases artists who work through costume, make-up, and masquerade to more fully express their lived realities – which is the very essence of drag performance. To celebrate the connections between this exhibition and LGBTQIA2S+ communities, The Polygon Gallery is proud to be hosting Vancouver’s own all-Asian drag family, House of Rice, in a series of special performances as part of Interior Infinite.
House of Rice will be present on The Polygon Gallery’s balcony and ground floor on Sunday August 8th, 1-3pm, and Thursday August 19th, 6-8pm. The second day of performances will also include a pop-up installation adjacent to the main exhibition.
