Flavours from Around the World Cooking Class

Join us for a delicious taste of three different cuisines from Thailand to Mexico and Malaysia. Local food sourced at The Quay.

This cooking classes is a firm favourite its a delicious mix of spicy and warming dishes. We teach a myriad of cooking techniques. Sit back and enjoy or take part hands on its up to you.

The menu for the evening is

  • Coffee Rubbed Short Ribs With Oaxacan chili, maple and chocolate
  • Mango Glazed Pork Filet With Bombay-spiced potatoes and chili oil
  • Poached Cod in Malaysian Laksa Sauce With chili, lime, lemongrass, rice noodles and crispy basil
