BOXFIT®: with Coach Liz
Every Tuesday in June and July from 9:30 am – 10:20 am
A beginner-friendly cardio-boxing class hosted at Lonsdale Quay (in front of the fountain!) Boxfit is our cardio-conditioning program that integrates boxing with other cardio, strength, and circuit training. Each class is unique from the other, so every workout is a little bit different and keeps your body guessing! This class will consist of a 10–15-minute warm-up, 30 minutes on the heavy bag, and a 5-minute cool down and stretch period. These classes are a lot of fun; you won’t even notice the burn!
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. No equipment needed.
