This outdoor class is specially designed to help you rebuild your strength and fitness whilst getting a dose of fresh air, and perhaps making a new Mama friend too.
Using both the barre (aka. your stroller handle) and resistance bands, these 50 minute classes will include a variety of exercises to challenge your current fitness level. Expect your whole body to be worked and enjoy the post workout delight you get from the famous barre burn!
There will be periods of interaction with your precious little baby (unless of course they’re sleeping – we can hope)- and of course at any point in class you are welcome to feed, cuddle and caress your little one!
