The name “KITCHEN” reflects not only cooking seafood, but also “cooking culture” and “cooking connections” — a space where food and learning bring people and the community together. You’ll find a Grab & Go–style seafood kitchen serving sushi, sashimi bowls, smoked salmon croissant sandwiches, coffee, and more. Our event space will host programs that bridge Japan and Canada — from food culture talks to community learning events — making TSUKIJI KITCHEN a gathering table for neighbours, families, and curious minds.
