At Modo Yoga North Vancouver we teach hot yoga, build a strong community, and work to protect our environment for future generations. We offer regular Modo classes (great for building strength and flexibility), Modo Flow classes (a little more cardio and movement), and Yin classes (long, slow stretches that target the connective tissue in your body). All our classes are beginner-friendly and accessible to individuals with injuries.
