In 2002 Colleen Foy attended Blanche McDonald Institute and completed her certification as an Esthitician and Makeup Artist and has been revelling in all thing’s beauty ever since. Over the years she has perfected the art of aesthetic enhancement through the medium of makeup and semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo. She is an enthusiastic people person and seeks to uplift and support every person she meets. Her artistic capabilities and hyper focus with a keen creative eye achieves beautifully balanced results.
