Green Leaf Brewing, Beere Brewing Company and Streetcar Brewing are now joined by House of Funk Brewing and North Point Brewing bringing the total number of craft breweries in The Shipyards District to five. Rather bike than walk between them? You can book a seat on the 14-person bike and the North Vancouver Cycle Craft Brewery Tour and pedal as a group from Lonsdale Quay to three of the breweries.

As if this isn’t enough good news, in the spring 2019, North Vancouver city council approved an industrial commercial zoning amendment which will turn a multi-city block area (200 block of East 1st Avenue and the 200 and 300 blocks of East Esplanade) into The Brewery Precinct. The region’s newest brewery cluster will mean the area breweries can offer lounges and patios along with refreshing craft beer selections all in easy walking distance of each other. Cheers to that!
